Partner with Rivenza
Built for agencies that sell outcomes, not software.
You already run your clients' ads, content and social. Own the conversations those campaigns create, on a dashboard under your own domain and brand, with the Rivenza app for your clients' phones, billed at your prices.
What you resell
A messaging product your clients would recognise from the big vendors, without the vendor.
Every partner workspace includes the full platform. See the features page for the long list.
Inbox and tickets
WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email, web chat and SMS in one queue, with assignment, notes, AI assist and a ticket for anything that needs follow-up.
Bots and AI agents
A visual builder with 80+ blocks and connectors, and AI agents that answer from a client's website and documents, handing over to a human when unsure.
Campaigns and commerce
WhatsApp templates, broadcasts, scheduled sends, WhatsApp Flows, catalogs and payment links, with click-to-WhatsApp ad reports for the campaigns you already run.
Contacts, pipeline, calendar
A contact hub with custom attributes and smart lists, a leads pipeline on a stage board, calendar bookings, and sync to HubSpot, Zoho CRM and GoHighLevel.
Reports per client
Conversation, agent, campaign, ads and usage reports scoped to each workspace, ready for the monthly review.
Mobile app
Rivenza for iOS and Android, the neutral app your clients' teams use, with push, WhatsApp calling, an AI keyboard and workspace switching.
The offering
Your brand on the web, Rivenza on the phone.
| Web dashboard | Mobile app | |
|---|---|---|
| Name and logo | Your product name, logo and colours | Rivenza, a neutral brand |
| Where clients find it | Your own domain, for example app.youragency.com | App Store and Google Play |
| Who runs it | Hosted and updated by us, branded by you | Published and updated by us for every partner at once |
| Support shown to clients | Your support address | Help screens point to the workspace administrator, which is you |
| Vendor name visible to clients | None | None |
| What you bring | A domain or subdomain, your logo and product name | Nothing; no developer accounts or store reviews |
| Time to first client | Days, once your domain points to us | As soon as the client's team installs it |
Neutral by design
What your clients never see.
The product was built so that a client's team never meets a vendor. These are not settings you have to remember to switch off.
- No vendor blog, tutorials or roadmap links in the app or dashboard
- Password reset in the app says "contact your workspace administrator", which routes to you
- Subscription notices say "contact your administrator" instead of showing a vendor pricing page
- The dashboard shows your support address; the app's help screens point to the workspace administrator
- The app, its store listings and this site carry the Rivenza name only
Partner portal
Your agency account includes the partner area on the dashboard.
Workspace control
Onboarding
The first client, step by step.
-
Agreement and account
We sign the partner agreement, set up your dashboard on your domain with your logo and product name, and create the first client workspace with you on a call.
-
Channels
Connect the client's WhatsApp number through Meta's embedded signup, link Instagram and the Facebook page, verify the email domain, add the website widget.
-
Team and automation
Invite the client's agents, set departments and canned replies, import contacts, and publish the first bot or AI agent from a template.
-
Go live
The client's team installs the Rivenza app, signs in with the credentials you issued, and starts replying. Reports are ready for the first monthly review.
Commercials
You set the price. We stay behind the curtain.
Your invoice, your margin
You invoice clients at the prices you choose, bundled with your services or as a line item. We invoice you under the partner agreement.
Usage you can see
Each workspace has a usage summary, so you know what a client consumes before you price a renewal.
Support that stays yours
Your clients write to you. You write to us. Product questions, channel issues and Meta policy changes come with an answer from the team that runs the platform.
Start with one client. Add the rest when it works.
Tell us about your agency, the domain you want the dashboard on, and the client you would onboard first. We will come back with partner pricing and a setup call.
